A daytime folk ensemble for anyone who wants to join in! You will need your own acoustic instrument: a basic knowledge of it is an advantage but the music is arranged so that there are parts for all levels.

Learn folk tunes from England and further afield, improve your ear-learning skills and develop your ensemble playing. Music is taught primarily by ear but sheet music and audio recordings are also provided.

Sessions run on Tuesday mornings from 11.00am - 12.30.

The group runs with a mixture of online sessions via Zoom and face to face sessions at Alwington Village Hall. Please email Becki for dates and the link to take part.

This group is a 'pay what you can afford group' with a suggested amount of £5 - £10 per session.
